Canal Place Club Class Descriptions:

High Intensity Circuit Training (HIIT) for all levels of fitness.  Move from one station to another for a full body workout that will send your metabolism soaring!  Maximum results in minimal time while challenging your entire body!

High and low impact cardio with toning intervals using various equipment (weights, balls, bands, etc).  This class is for beginner to advanced participants.  45 minute lunchtime class designed to get you in and out quickly with a full body workout.

30 minutes of Intermediate to Advanced Step choreography,  8-10 minutes ab/core work and 5 minutes of stretch and relaxation.

Efficient method to achieve maximum results by burning fat and building muscle in 20 second intervals of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes…designed to help beginners to advanced level exercisers.

Concentrates on bringing balance between strength and flexibility in HIPS, CORE and LOW BACK.  Class benefits advanced yoga practitioners as well as those wishing to find relief from pain and advance in their yoga/fitness performance.  Use of props, slower pace, modifications and floor work makes it accessible to all levels of practitioners and those totally new to yoga.

Shoulders/back/chest and the rest…
Proper shoulder alignment has the greatest priority for the entire upper body from head to wrists.
SHOULDER BLISS AND RELEASE focuses on the mobility, alignment and common shoulder / arm issues (frozen shoulder, overall mobility, posture etc.). CHEST and BACK are addressed as well. 
Class covers all levels of back bends, mobility and strength poses which significantly improve yoga practice as well as fitness performance and everyday life outside the gym.

Gentle flow for the beginning of the busy week. All levels welcome, opportunity to practice more challenging poses variation or simply chill in a SLOW FLOW

Class concentrated on moving through some powerful yoga poses, emphasize on core work and pose repetition. POWER FLOW builds stamina, strength and flexibility. All levels welcome
